    I’m a habitual “jaw-clencher”. Hillary asked me a few questions about pain and tension in my jaws and temples; after a short session where she applied pressure to muscles around my jaw I could immediately feel less tension in the area.

    She went over the methods she used with me as she did them, explaining which muscles she was working on. Hillary is very knowledgeable, professional and focuses on her clients needs and interests.

    Highly recommend Beyond Bodywork! I had been struggling with a shoulder injury for several weeks. I had decreased mobility and constant pain that affected not only my workouts, but my daily activities outside of the gym. I tried other treatments, but they only provided temporary relief. I had one 60 minute session with Hillary and my shoulder is almost 100% back to normal. I was able to go back to working out without any pain or mobility issues.
