This type of session is ideal for active clients, runners or athletes who are looking to improve performance in their sport. Common solutions provided during these sessions include improved overhead range of motion, less joint pain, improved form during lifts, improved running mechanics, overall muscle recovery, etc.  

This session can be used as a pre-event performance appointment where we take a look at how the body is moving, how we can improve movement patterns and address any restrictions that need to be freed up in order for you to perform at optimal levels. This session can also be utilized post event to allow the therapist and client to work together to decrease soreness via stretching, hands on techniques and more to improve overall recovery time so that you can get back to doing what you love sooner. 

*In addition to manual techniques, Cupping, IASTM and CBD creams may be used.

A decline in upright and level posture can affect our organ function, breathing patterns, stress levels and the way we move. Postural sessions can help to address and offer corrections to forward head posture, rounded shoulders, raised shoulder(s) scoliosis, pelvic tilts, one side dominant weight shifts, knee valgus/varus, ankle pronation or supination and more. During these sessions, the therapist will do a thorough postural assessment,  perform hands on work to improve posture and likely give homework to the client to help maintain progress between appointments.
